I never quarrel with those of my many friends and even some close relatives who claim that they do not believe in God or God is our creation and not vice verse etc etc, but I only pity them that they are not enjoying the pleasure which I do by believing in God . I, therefore, pray that they too are provided with the same flavor and facility for the mind so that they too float in the divine grace, as I do. In fact my belief in God is so firm that I have, now  successfully relieved my mind from other beliefs such as astrology vastu, sakunam, caste, religion etc . I am least bothered whether we created God or God created us .While taking shelter under a great banyan tree why should I worry whether the tree came on its own or some one planted and developed it ? I see His shining, smiling face all around– in the rising sun or  on a wrinkled old face. What else do you need for peace and happiness in life ?Those who believe in astrology let them; those who believe in vastu or sakunam, Rahu or Gulikan let them. Neither book- knowledge nor counseling will help to change faith. Experience can.

To believe in God is a great experience. It is not explainable in words. Many things which we experience cannot be explained in words. Words have a limit , like all other worldly possessions .

I am not canvassing; there is hardly any need for that. When the time comes everyone will have that unique experience . For some it might be momentary and for some it may last longer. Longer it lasts, lucky you are .

Your horoscope says that you have that luck- and be assured to remit my fees when my prophesy comes true.

The Rescuing HUG

Dear friends,

I take this as an honour to dedicate this post to my friend Sree Perinkulam Sivasubramanian…. a sort of my bench mate in the context in which, he says

// To believe in God is a great experience. It is not explainable in words. Many things which we experience cannot be explained in words. Words have a limit , like all other worldly possessions //.

This post of mine may not be relevant. It may even be ‘absolute nonsense’..’Bull….”; but here is a picture (see attached) from an **article called, “The Rescuing Hug.” The article details the first week of life of a set of twins.

Apparently, each were in their respective incubators, and one was not expected to live. A hospital nurse fought against the hospital rules and placed the babies in one incubator. When they were placed together, the healthier of the two threw an arm over her sister in an endearing embrace.

The smaller baby’s heart rate stabilized and her temperature rose to normal. They both survived, and are thriving! In fact, now that the two girls are home, they still sleep together, and still snuggle [at least they did back then].

The hospital changed their policy after they saw the effect of putting the two girls together and the power of a hug.

You mean any lessons here? Not that I know of. Each one can draw his/her own lesson as per one’s taste; Oh, come on! Should we have a lesson every time….can’t we say just “Hi” to friends?

There is that Hindi Fillummy Muzik “Samajne waale samaj gaye hai…jo naa samaje woh “A……..” hai….not “Hi” please.!! What sayest thou? Sri Sivaratna? I salute you for providing me that inexplicable “unique experience” ( to quote your own words) even if it lasted only till I read your post because it’s genuine!!!

Warm hugs

Dear Sir,
What a fantastic  understanding of creator and his creation.Wonderful feelings one get on reading the  following statement of yours.

It is a pity that almost 99% of religeous people do not have this understanding.
